BendPak has expanded its AP-SRT Series of lifts with the 10AP-SRT short-rise two-post lift. The system can hold up to 10,000 lbs. and works well for tire shops, wheel and brake service centers, and detailing businesses that might not need the height and footprint of a full-rise lift.
“Many shops lift vehicles only partway, yet they’re forced to buy full-rise lifts that cost more, take up more space, and get used at half capacity,” said Sean Price, director of product development. “Our 10AP-SRT and 12AP-SRT models are purpose-built to fill that gap – giving shops a cleaner layout, better efficiency, and a safer overall working environment.”
The lift has a column height of 93.5” and a maximum lifting height of 46.25”. It also features BendPak’s triple-telescoping swing arms, which can extend and retract to reach more vehicle lifting points while also providing lower pad heights. It also features the Automatic Swing Arm Restraint System (ASARS) with forged steel components, which can provide over 2,000 lbs. of load-holding force to keep the lift’s arms locked during operation, the company said.
Finally, the 10AP-SRT offers symmetric or asymmetric lifting configurations and is ALI Gold Certified for safety and performance. It is also backed by BendPak’s 5-2-1 Warranty with five years of coverage for the lift structure, two years on the hydraulic system, and one year on the components, labor, and freight charges.
