Jim Walenczak has been named general manger of Kenworth Truck Company and vice president of parent company Paccar. He has been with Paccar for 13 years in various leadership positions. Prior to this promotion, Walenczak worked in various sales and fleet roles and was assistant eneral manager, operations, at Paccar Parts.
“This is a dynamic and exciting time in the transportation industry, and I am honored to step into this new role at Kenworth at a time when we are building on our core values of quality, innovation, and technology to create the transportation solutions our customers need and want,” Walenczak said.

Prior to working at Paccar and Kenworth, he also served at Isuzu Commercial Truck of America as a regional and general sales manager.
Walenczak is based out of Kirkland, Washington, home of Kenworth's headquarters.
