Merchants Fleet adds new features to FleetShare
Merchants Fleet’s FleetShare fleet management platform now includes keyless integrations, End-of-Use surveys, and geofencing capabilities. These features are offered alongside its automated reporting, telematics integrations, and data insight capabilities.

FleetShare’s new keyless feature integrates with OEM systems and third-party providers for keyless access to vehicles, while the End-of-Use surveys let drivers share their thoughts and notes on vehicle functionality through Net Promoter Score surveys. Finally, FleetShare’s geofencing capabilities let managers set compliance and safety boundaries for their vehicles.
These new features are now offered alongside the platform’s standard offerings, which include:
- Mobile app access
- Network-enabled key boxes
- Access to utilization data
- Driver assignments, vehicle allocations, and reservations
- Secure vehicle access via QR codes and PINs
- Telematics integrations
As well as this, FleetShare integrates with Merchants’ suite of other services, including maintenance, registration, telematics, and digital damage assessment, as well as tools like Outlook and Gmail.
